Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with PRFlow. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy. Our payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with PRFlow for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at hello@prflow.dev with your account email
  • Use the cancellation link in any of your Paddle payment receipts
  • Contact Paddle support directly through your payment confirmation email

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the period
  • Your account will revert to the Free tier
  • Your data and configurations will be preserved

Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside the guarantee period, please contact us at hello@prflow.dev and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.

Plan Changes

When changing plans:

  • Upgrading: You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
  • Downgrading: The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period
